Eli Jewels colorful history dates back to the time of The Ottoman Empire. Family records show that their Great, Great, Great Grandfather established one of the first fine metalworking shops in the ancient city of Antioch. The skills from the fine craftsmanship practiced and perfected hundreds of years ago have been passed down through six generations. Their home for many years was in the romantic city of New Orleans. <br> <br>Eli Jewels was founded in 1993. After losing their factory and homes during Katrina, they moved their offices and manufacturing to Paramus, New Jersey, while Sam heads the Design Studio in New Orleans. Today brothers Fred, Simon and Sam are partners. The name Eli honors their father. <br>
