Ann Gieser has been in the industry for 27 years. She started in the business as a ‘temp’ who was simply going to answer phones for designer Lecil Henderson for a few weeks. After 5 years of working for him, Henderson would jokingly say that “some things have been overlooked in the office and Ann is one of them”. “Staying in the industry was easy for me. She liked the people, the appreciation for fine jewelry and the fact that each day was always completely different from the one before. She went from being a small city girl who had only been to Myrtle Beach, SC to jetting off to Israel, Switzerland, and Italy. The change was huge, but I loved it immensely. Her goal is to continue to bring new designs and pieces packed with passion for the next generation of jewelry lovers”. Inspired by the legend before us, Legacy has moved forward with collections that have been around for 30 years but have new world appeal. Always classic, heirloom quality and incredible artistic detail, Legacy is committed to continuing the old-world craftsmanship with 20th century technology. Not only does our inspiration come from the groundwork that was laid before us but from our own travel experiences both home and abroad. “Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end” and so our chapter began with one door closing yet staying open enough to make a new beginning.
